Each commission is a piece of paper work with a sitting attached. Choose the report that matches the period you need read, not a catalogue of add-ons.
Service performance report
A bound briefing pack for one location and one named period, with chart plates, written commentary, and a sitting to read the quarter together.
Figure collection visit
A half-day or day on site to copy the night-audit stack, appointment book, or complaint folder when you cannot spare a person to scan the quarter.
Board briefing pack
Fewer plates, a shorter commentary, no full quarterly sitting — meant for one table, one hour, and a decision that cannot wait for a bound report.
Annual chart commission
Plates sized to an annual review you already print — cover counts, idle bays, repeat treatments — drawn to sit beside last year’s pages.
Follow-up reading
A shorter sitting and a small set of new plates, using the same scales as the last pack so August can sit beside February without re-explaining the axes.
The desk takes one location at a time. If you run two properties, we treat them as two reports unless you ask for a comparison plate and we agree the extra drawing in the estimate.
