What we collect
From the contact form: name, email address, the report you selected, the period and kind of premises if you give them, and the message. From a commission: the names of people we must contact, copies of ledgers you hand over, and notes from a sitting. From the browser: a cookie-consent choice stored on your device (see the cookie notice). We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site.
Ledgers may contain names of guests, patients, or staff. We treat those copies as confidential working papers. We do not use them to write to those people.
Why we hold it
We reply to figure reviews, draw plates, run sittings, keep records required for accounting under Georgian law, and defend a legal claim if one arises. We do not sell lists. We do not send advertising series.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become a commission are kept up to two years, then deleted from the mailbox and paper clip, unless a longer hold is required by a dispute. Commission files — figure lists, copies, plates, commentary — are kept for six years after the final stitch, which covers ordinary accounting and the time in which a question about the pack may still arrive. You may ask for earlier deletion of enquiry mail; we will say if a legal hold prevents it.
Your rights
Subject to Georgian law and, where it applies, other rules on personal data, you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict its use, or to object to a use that rests on our legitimate interest in running the desk. You may also lodge a complaint with the personal data protection authority of Georgia. Send rights requests to info@service-flowcore.digital. We will need enough detail to find your file.
International transfers
The website may be hosted on servers outside Georgia. If a host stores logs or form mail outside Georgia, we rely on the host’s contract and on the fact that the content of a figure review is a professional enquiry, not a public post. Commission paper stays in Batumi unless you ask us to send a pack abroad; posting a pack to you is a transfer you request.
Processors
We use a web host to publish the static pages and to receive the mock form post on this site. We use a public font service to load typefaces. Photograph hosts serve images. They see technical requests, not your ledgers, unless you paste ledger text into the public form — which we ask you not to do. Describe the book; bring copies by agreed handover.
Children
The site is written for operators of premises, not for children. We do not knowingly take figure reviews from people under 18.
Changes
A new version of this notice will appear on this page. The date of the sitting or the enquiry is what we use if a question arises about an older file.
