What a report costs, and what moves the figure
These are floors, not a menu of three identical packs. The quote follows the thickness of the books, the number of plates, and whether we must travel.
Service performance report
One location, one service line, one named period, up to eight plates, written commentary, one sitting, one revision after the sitting.

Figure collection visit
Copying on site. Half-day in Batumi is the usual opening. Full day if the night-audit stack is thick. Travel along the coast is added.

Board briefing pack
Three to five plates and a two-side commentary for one meeting. Optional half-hour reading at the Batumi office is quoted extra.

Annual chart commission
Plates sized to a booklet you already print. Price follows page count, source years, and whether last year’s plate style must be matched.

After a first pack exists. Fewer plates, same scales, a shorter sitting. Not sold as a calendar plan.

What moves a quote
The floor assumes books that can be read, a period with clips on the first and last day, and a sitting in Batumi or at a premises we can reach without an overnight. The sum rises when weeks must be reconstructed from mixed notes, when you want more than eight plates, when two service lines share a building, or when the visit falls on a Sunday opening in high season.
We quote in Georgian lari. A deposit of one third is due when you accept the figure list; the remainder is due when the final pack is stitched. The deposit is described on the refund page because work already drawn is not unwound by a change of mind.
What we will not price as a package
We do not sell monthly access, seats, or a year of “check-ins.” If you want four quarters read, that is four reports, or a first report and later follow-up readings, each estimated when the books for that period exist.
How to get a number for your premises
Write to the desk with the kind of premises, the period, and a description of the books (night-audit stack, appointment column, complaint folder, staff-hour sheet). A first reply is usually within two working days. We will not quote from a telephone description of a “busy summer” without seeing a sample page.
