Refunds, deposits, and missed sittings

These rules apply to commissions with Service Flowcore Analytics — service performance reports, figure collection visits, board briefing packs, annual chart commissions, and follow-up readings. They do not apply to goods we do not sell, software access we do not offer, or postage of retail products.

Eligibility

A refund is possible when work has not yet started, when we cancel, or when we miss an agreed sitting without a cause in your control. A refund is limited or refused when plates have already been drawn, when copies have been taken on a visit, or when you miss the sitting without notice.

Timeframe to ask

Write to info@service-flowcore.digital or telephone +995 422 555 547 within fourteen days of the event you rely on (our cancellation, a missed sitting, or your decision to stop before drafting). Requests after the final pack is stitched are considered only where the pack was not delivered or was the wrong commission by our error.

Full refund

You receive a full refund of sums paid if we decline the work after taking a deposit, if we cancel and cannot offer a new sitting date you accept, or if you withdraw before we have begun copying or drawing and you write within fourteen days of accepting the estimate.

Partial refund

If drafting has begun but no sitting has occurred, we may refund the remainder after keeping the deposit (one third) for time already spent on the figure list and plates. If a visit has occurred, the visit fee is not returned; report fees may still be adjusted if you stop before plates are finished. If the sitting happened and you reject the one included commentary revision, that is not a ground for a refund of the sitting.

Non-refundable items

The deposit becomes non-refundable once copying or drawing has started, except where we are at fault. Travel already incurred for a coast visit is not returned. A sitting you missed without two working days’ notice is not returned.

Process

Send the commission date, the premises name, and the reason. We will reply within five working days with a yes, a no, or a partial figure. Refunds are paid by the same method as the original payment where the bank allows, otherwise by bank transfer in GEL to an account you name in Georgia.

Processing time

Once agreed, a refund is instructed within ten working days. Banks may take further days. We will send the transfer reference.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a sitting once without charge if you give two working days’ notice. A second change, or a change inside two working days, may be charged as a short sitting at the follow-up floor (from 410 GEL) if the desk had already blocked the hour. We may reschedule if a plate is not ready; we will not keep a deposit for our delay.

Deposits

One third of the accepted estimate is due when you accept the figure list. It holds the place in the drawing queue. It is credited to the final invoice. It is refundable only as set out above.

No-shows

If no one from your side is present at the agreed sitting, and we waited thirty minutes, the sitting is treated as delivered. A new sitting is a new booking. Tell us if reception cannot spare you; we would rather move the hour than read the last plate standing up during check-in.

Work already started

Copies taken, plates inked, and commentary drafted are work already started. Stopping then does not unwind the paper. We can deliver the unfinished plates as they stand, without a sitting, if you prefer that to a partial refund.

Materials

Paper, binding, and proofs prepared for your pack are included in the commission. They are not sold separately. We do not refund “unused paper.”

Exceptions

If a death, a sudden closure of the premises, or a legal order stops the work, write to us. We will treat that as a cancellation with sympathy and refund according to how far the plates had gone, even if the fourteen-day window is tight. This page does not cover retail goods, courses, or software seats because the desk does not sell them.
