Terms of use

These terms govern use of the website at service-flowcore.digital and commissions accepted by Service Flowcore Analytics, a reporting desk at Level 9, 81 Parnavaz Mepe Street, Batumi 6000, Georgia. By using the site or sending a figure review, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site and do not send books.

The desk and the site

The site describes reporting work: chart plates, commentaries, sittings, and related visits. It is not an offer of software, a login, or a payment counter. Prices on the rates page are informational floors. A commission exists only when both sides accept a written estimate after a figure review.

Use of the website

You may read the pages, print a page for your own files, and send a note through the contact form. You may not scrape the site in a way that burdens the host, copy the commentaries as if they were yours, or present the brand as a partner without a letter from the desk.

Commissions

A figure review is not a contract. Work starts when you accept the estimate and pay the deposit described on the rates and refund pages. Source figures remain yours. Chart plates and commentary produced under a commission are licensed to you for internal use and for showing to partners, lenders, and family. They are not licensed for resale as a product, nor for reprinting under another name.

Intellectual property

The website text, layout, and mark belong to Service Flowcore Analytics except where a page names another source (for example, photographs served from a public image host). You may not copy the site as a template for another reporting desk.

Accuracy of figures

We draw from the books you supply or that we copy on a visit. We do not audit accounts, tax filings, or occupancy for a regulator. If a book is wrong, the plate will follow the book. Commentary is our reading of those plates, not a guarantee of a future season.

Liability

To the extent permitted by the law of Georgia, the desk is not liable for lost profit, lost custom, or decisions you take after a sitting. Our liability for a commission, if any, is limited to the sum paid for that commission. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Georgian law does not allow to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a rule applies.

Changes

We may change these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Commissions already accepted follow the terms in force when the estimate was accepted, unless a change is required by law.

Governing law and venue

These terms and any dispute arising from the site or from a commission are governed by the law of Georgia. The courts of Georgia have jurisdiction, with Batumi as the preferred venue where the rules of procedure allow.
