Some operators already print a year-end booklet for family or for a silent partner abroad. They need charts that match the page size, the margins, and last year’s plate style if one existed. An annual chart commission is that drawing work: we take the twelve months (or the season you actually open), and we make plates that can be bound without looking like a stray poster.
Giorgi works from the trim size you send. If last year’s occupancy plate used a particular month order, we keep it so January does not jump. We will not write the rest of the booklet. We will not choose photographs of the facade. If you also want a sitting over the year, that is a separate reading, priced as a follow-up or folded into a full report estimate.
