A board briefing pack is for the morning when a partner, a lender, or a family member wants to see the quarter without reading eight plates. We draw three to five charts from the same kinds of books — occupancy or utilisation, one wait or idle measure, one complaint or return count — and write a commentary that fits on two sides.
There is no full sitting in the opening price. You may add a thirty-minute reading at the Batumi office if the table needs it. The pack is not a substitute for a service performance report when you want the staff-hour plate and the gap weeks shown in full. It is the right commission when the meeting is already booked and the books are already in a folder.
